Our Friendship Star Quilt Guild just had Elizabeth Rosenberg visit us in Gaithersburg, Maryland this past weekend. We had a fabulous experience with her, and encourage any quilt guild to contract with her for a visit. Elizabeth is a true Goddess. In fact, during her "Goddess Project" lecture, I found out that all women are! Both her workshop and lecture were very informative, and her work is exquisite. We look forward to her visit again in the future.

Lectures
Each lecture is approximately forty-five minutes long. These are PowerPoint presentations. I have my own projector. Your group will need to provide a screen or a blank, white wall to project onto. I will bring lots and lots of quilts, and everyone will have plenty of time to look at them closely!
The Goddess Project
Does every woman have a lovely goddess hiding within? Elizabeth thinks so! She set out to prove it by creating "The Goddess Project" -- getting all of her quilting friends involved.

Workshops
I offer three different workshops for your guild or group. In each one, I strive to give each participant individual attention, share lots of tips, teach new techniques and strengthen skills. I love to teach, and consider it an honor to be able to witness that "I get it!" light-bulb-moment as a student takes off with a new idea or inspiration. Each workshop that I offer is available in a one-day or a multi-day format.
The Flowing Line: Fearless Improvisational Quilting
Using only a rotary cutter (and no ruler!) you'll follow your heart instead of a pattern to create a one-of-a-kind quilt top. Elizabeth will gently guide you as you let your intuition lead the way towards a quilt of your own design.

Venetian Lace
Beautiful, intricate and mysterious, Venetian lace floats on the surface of these quilts the way a gondola does on the Grand Canal. Elizabeth will share her secrets for easily translating the delicate beauty of punto in aria lace to your own quilts.
