Free Motion Satin
Stitching Machine satin stitching with an open-toed appliqué foot is the "traditional" way to finish the edges of your fused machine appliqué designs. I've done it for years, but I always hated having to stop and pivot, stop and pivot, turning the fabric each time to change direction. What a drag! So, I've come up with this unique and "painterly" way of finishing the edges of fused appliqué. Learn tips and tricks and my special "exercise" to help you gain "free motion control" and just have a good time with this very "freeing" technique! Level: to get the most out of this workshop, you must be comfortable with the operation of your well-adjusted sewing machine. Even beginners can do this! Free Motion Satin Stitching Supply List
